  Andrew and the team catered our wedding at Acacia ridge. Absolutely flawless service and the food was unreal!! Our guest have not stopped talking about the quality and quantity of the food on offer. Andrew was diligent, patient, approachable and organised, everything you could hope for especially on a stressful wedding day. Would certainly recommend them especially considering they were the more affordable option in for Yarra Valley. Anthony and Danielle

  I had Yarra Valley Catering cater my wedding and was left incredibly disappointed and angry.
  On the day of the wedding, as entrée was being served, the staff approached me and proceeded to tell me that I had to completely change the run sheet of the evening to better fit their schedule and make it more convenient for them to serve the food. Given that I had previously been in communication with them regarding the service and had provided a comprehensive run sheet 1-2 weeks prior, it is unacceptable that they did not provide clear communication prior to the day.
  
  The next of their failings came when they neglected to provide myself (the bride) with 2 of the 3 dishes that were being served. I selected 3 mini meals to be provided to each guest, and when every other guest was served their array of meals, I was left with only the first dish.
  I had chosen Yarra Valley Catering as their food looked fantastic and they claimed they were able to cater to mine and my guests’ allergies.
  Two coeliacs received their meals, however upon receiving one of their courses, one of the coeliacs didn’t trust it and didn’t eat it. The other was more trusting and consequentially after eating it reacted later that night. I’m embarrassed that a guest had an allergic reaction at my wedding given how seriously I take food allergies, and how confidently I assured them they were in good hands.
  
  Following an utterly disappointing evening I reached out to Yarra Valley Catering to find out why such failing occurred. Upon receiving my enquiry, I was given the response “it is not my no. 1 priority at this given moment”. After many attempts for further contact I have received no response and no answers as to what happened on my wedding day.
  I paid for meals for myself that were not provided, I had a guest have an allergic reaction, and my wedding schedule flipped upside down and they don’t deem this important enough to respond to.
  
  It has been months since my wedding and I have received no answers, no communication, and no compensation.
  I would not use Yarra Valley Catering again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

  Nice burgers. Great value . We purchased the classic, the American hustle & spice me up burgers. The standard chips were crisp & delicious. (They also offer loaded fries)

  Yarra Valley Catering were amazing at our wedding. They provided amazing food and accommodated the bride and groom on the day. The whole team were beautiful souls and also extremely professional and efficient. We also hired a Bar Station from them, which was run perfectly throughout the night. A huge thank you to Andrew and the team for making our day special :) I highly recommend for anyone looking to have a wedding in the Yarra Valley or surrounding areas!
